Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available via our FREESHIP discount code.
